Long-term rental (LLD) is a 12 to 36-month contract under which a company uses a vehicle for a fixed monthly rate, without buying or reselling it. At tripn'Go, the rate starts at 3,920 dirhams excluding VAT per month for a Dacia Logan over 36 months and includes comprehensive insurance with a 5,000 dirham excess, 24/7 assistance anywhere in Morocco, maintenance, a replacement vehicle in case of breakdown and delivery to the customer's address, in Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, Agadir or any other city. No down payment or deposit is required: the customer pays the first month's rate at delivery. Mileage is unlimited, with no per-kilometre charge. Only fuel and fines stay at the customer's expense. Rates for all 16 models are published below, and a tailored quote is sent within 24 hours after file approval.

How does long-term rental work for a company fleet?
A Moroccan company moving to long-term rental wants three things: a monthly cost known in advance, no cash tied up, and nobody left to deal with maintenance, breakdowns and resale. That is exactly the scope of the tripn'Go contract.
The framework contract is signed once, in the company's name. Each vehicle is attached to it by a simple addendum, with its named driver and duration, with unlimited mileage. You can add a vehicle during the contract, change the driver on a transfer, or swap one model for another at renewal.
Invoicing is monthly, per vehicle or grouped, with VAT itemised for your accounting. A single contact follows your fleet on WhatsApp and by email for the whole contract.

What is long-term rental?
Long-term rental (LLD in French) means renting a vehicle for a period set in advance, 12 to 36 months at tripn'Go, for a monthly rate that does not change during the contract. You do not buy it and you do not resell it. At the end, you return the car or switch to a newer one.
The rate includes comprehensive insurance, 24/7 assistance anywhere in Morocco and a replacement vehicle if yours breaks down. You only pay for fuel. For a company, the rate is a deductible expense and VAT is recoverable under the applicable rules, which your accountant will confirm for your situation.
The difference with a classic rental is duration and price. A car rented by the day costs between 300 and 500 dirhams a day depending on model and season. The same car on a 36-month contract costs 3,920 dirhams excl. VAT per month for a Dacia Logan, under 130 dirhams a day, comprehensive insurance included.

No. You pay the first month's rate when the vehicle is delivered. No security deposit is required, comprehensive insurance is included in the rate.
›How many kilometres can I drive per year?
As many as you want. Mileage is unlimited on tripn'Go long-term rental, with no annual allowance and no charge for extra kilometres, unlike most contracts on the market, which cap between 15,000 and 40,000 km per year.
›Who insures the vehicle?
tripn'Go. Comprehensive insurance is included in the rate, with a 5,000 MAD excess incl. VAT for at-fault claims. Non-fault claims cost you nothing.
›What happens if the car breaks down?
You call the assistance line, available 24/7 anywhere in Morocco. If the vehicle is immobilised, we provide a replacement vehicle for the duration of the repair.
›Can I end the contract early?
Early termination is possible, under the conditions stated in your contract. Contact us as soon as your situation changes, we look for the least costly solution for you.
›Is VAT on the rate recoverable for a company?
Long-term rental rates are operating expenses. Deductibility and VAT recovery depend on your company's tax regime and the vehicle type. We issue compliant monthly invoices; your accountant will confirm the applicable treatment.
›Can an individual rent long term?
No. tripn'Go long-term rental is reserved for companies and registered professionals (trade register or tax ID). Individuals and expats can use our monthly rates on classic rental, up to 40% off beyond one month.
›Which documents for a company?
Trade register, tax ID, ID of the manager or signatory, and bank details. We send the exact list with the quote.
›How long does delivery take?
It depends on the model and the delivery city. It is confirmed with the quote, within 24 hours of your request.
›Can I rent for 6 months?
Long-term contracts run from 12 to 36 months. For a shorter period, we have monthly rates on classic rental with unlimited mileage. Write to us, we will send both quotes.
Who can sign a long-term rental with tripn'Go?
tripn'Go long-term rental is for companies and registered professionals: corporations, SMEs, freelancers, liberal professions, associations and public bodies. The contract is drawn up in the organisation's name, with a trade register number or tax ID, and invoiced monthly excluding VAT.
Are you an individual or an expat? Long-term rental is not open to private persons. For a need of several weeks or months, classic rental offers decreasing rates, up to 40% off beyond one month, maintenance included, with no fixed commitment.
Are your teams based in Agadir, Taghazout or Tamraght? Delivery leaves directly from our offices. Elsewhere in Morocco, the vehicle is delivered to your site with the contract and inspection report.
