Rental terms & conditions

The driver must be at least 21 years old (25 for the Premium category) and hold a valid driving licence for at least 2 years. A passport or national ID is required at pick-up. A second driver is free of charge.

Rates are displayed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included, and include unlimited mileage, third-party insurance and 24/7 roadside assistance. No online prepayment: payment is made at vehicle pick-up, in cash or by card.

At handover, the renter chooses between two options: the full coverage insurance, charged at €4 per day, with no deposit at all; or the classic option with a deposit, the amount depending on the vehicle category. In the latter case, the deposit is fully released 24 hours after the vehicle is returned, provided the vehicle is returned in its original condition.

The vehicle is handed over with a fuel level jointly recorded at departure and must be returned at the same level.

Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before pick-up time. After that, one rental day is charged. Date or vehicle changes are possible free of charge, subject to availability.

Basic insurance covers third-party liability. Full coverage with the excess reduced to 0 MAD is available as an option at booking. Damage resulting from improper use (unauthorised off-road driving, negligence, driving under the influence) is not covered.

Vehicle handover is available at our locations in Agadir (airport and city centre), Taghazout, Tamraght, Marrakech and Essaouira, as well as at your hotel in the Agadir area. Returning to a different location (one-way) is possible on request.
