How a night handover works

You give your flight number when booking. The day before, we confirm the time and meeting point on WhatsApp, usually the exit of the arrivals hall on the car park side. A member of the team waits for you with the pre-filled contract and the keys.

On the spot, the walk around the car and the signature take ten minutes. You leave with the contract, the insurance and the 24/7 assistance number. If your plane lands at two in the morning, it is exactly the same procedure.

Your flight is delayed

We track flights in real time. A delay of one hour or four hours costs you nothing and does not cancel the booking: the agent simply adjusts the time they arrive at the airport.

If your flight is cancelled or moved to the next day, let us know on WhatsApp at +212 660 191 677 and we move the handover. No fee, and cancellation stays free at any time.

What you pay for an airport handover

No more than for a handover in the agency. The daily price is the same, mileage is unlimited and you pay on site, in cash or by card. With the full coverage insurance at €6 a day, no deposit is required.

The return is at the same hall, at the agreed time, with a five-minute check before your check-in. If you would rather return the car in town, in Taghazout or in Marrakech, say so when booking.

›My flight lands at midnight, can I collect a car?

Yes, by appointment. Give the flight number when booking, we confirm the time on WhatsApp the day before and an agent waits for you in the arrivals hall with the contract ready, with no night surcharge.

›Is there a surcharge for a late handover?

No. The daily price does not change with the handover time, day or night. The price shown at booking is the price paid at the counter.

›What happens if my flight is delayed?

Nothing for you. We track the flight in real time and the agent comes at the actual landing time. A booking is never cancelled because of a delay.

›Where is the meeting point?

In the arrivals hall of Agadir Al Massira airport, at the exit towards the car park. The agent holds a tripn'Go sign and sent you their number on WhatsApp the day before.
